LabX Diagnostic Systems texts patients who ask us to: when their order is placed, when their kit ships, when their collection visit is booked, and when their secure report is ready to view. Texting is optional, and it is never used for marketing.

How you sign up

When you order an at-home test kit or pay for a collection visit on labxdiagnostics.com, the checkout page shows this box below your mobile number. It is not ticked for you, and you can order without ticking it:

What you are agreeing to

Program: LabX text messages, sent by Physicians Toxicology Laboratory, LLC, doing business as LabX Diagnostic Systems.
What we send: order confirmations, shipping updates, collection-visit reminders and links, and a notice when your secure report is ready, with a link to sign in. A text never names a test or says anything about what was found.
How often: it varies with your order, usually 2 to 6 messages per order.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. LabX doesn't charge for texts.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll confirm once and send nothing more. Reply START to sign up again.
